1.Push in installation method
There are two types of displays for press-in installation:
The diameter M of the sealing part of K1-A1,K1-B1,K1-C1,K1-D1,K1-E1 series products is 20.7mm,and the inner diameter of the applicable mounting hole D2 is 19.8mm to 20.4mm;The top diameter D is 22.9mm,and the depth of applicable mounting hole H1 is 2.1mm to 2.5mm.
The diameter M of the sealing part of K1-A2,K1-B2 and K1-C2 series products is 19.2mm,the inner diameter of the suitable mounting hole D2 is 18.2mm to 18.8mm;The top diameter D is 21.3mm,and the top inner diameter of the suitable mounting hole D1 is 21.5mm to 23mm;The height of the top is 2.0mm,and the top depth H1 of the applicable mounting hole is 2.1mm to 2.5mm.
Different sealing sleeves should be matched with suitable mounting holes.Excessive or too small inner diameters of the mounting holes will affect the sealing performance and may cause “acid leakage”.
2.Threaded installation method
Threaded mounting method is suitable for the reserved threaded mounting hole.The upper part of the battery mounting hole D1 should be larger than the diameter of the top of the display D0.1mm to 1.0mm;
That is:D1=D+0.1mm to 1.0mm
The depth(H1) of the upper part of the mounting hole should be larger than the thickness(h) of the top of the indicator plus the thickness of the gasket b0.1mm to 0.2mm
That is:H1=h+b+0.1mm to 0.2mm
The model of the mounting hole screw thread M1 and the display screw thread M should be the same.
The model of screw pitch G of the mounting hole and the monitor screw P should be the same.
If the size of the mounting hole does not match the product size,the sealing performance would be affected,and may cause “acid leakage” or even fall off from the product.
